Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 2003) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 79                                                                               
    "An Act extending the termination date of the Alaska regional                                   
    economic assistance program; and providing for an effective
