Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 2003) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 79                                                                               
    "An Act extending the termination date of the Alaska regional                                   
    economic assistance program; and providing for an effective

Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to HB 79, thus adopting SCS HB 79(FIN) am S, and                                          
recommended that the members vote yes.                                                              
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate
